Damaged Merchandise During Transit: We Package our boxes according to the UPS packaging codes, of some some reason you receive damaged products, please contact UPS at 1-800-742-5877 to report the damaged package. Please provide UPS with the tracking number which can be found on the shipping label. UPS will pick up the damaged package up to 5 days after you call them. Once UPS notifies us that the damaged goods have been picked up, we will then send the order out again or refund you your purchase price for the damaged goods.
